Nikesh Shukla @nikeshshukla
Editor of Rife magazine, activist and author. Nikesh’s latest book, The Good Immigrant (published by Unbound), is a collection of essays by 15 emerging BAME writers, poets, journalists and artists.

Tom Bonnick @tombonnick
Business Development Manager and Commissioning Editor at Nosy Crow. In 2015, Tom was named Young Independent Publisher of the Year at the IPG Independent Publishing Awards and was one of The Bookseller’s Rising Stars.

Emma Paterson @emma_a_paterson
Literary agent at Rogers, Coleridge & White. Emma joined the agency in 2013 after working at The Wylie Agency for two and a half years. She represents literary novelists, journalists and writers of narrative non-fiction.

Siana Bangura @Sianaarrgh
A self-published writer and poet, and founder of independent publishing house, Haus of Liberated Reading, showcasing marginalised and underrepresented voices in literature, Siana is also the founder of Black Feminist intersectional platform @NoFlyontheWALL. She is the author of Elephant., a bold debut collection of poetry published in 2016.

Sarah Shaffi @sarahshaffi
Sarah Shaffi is online editor and producer at The Bookseller, and co-founder of BAME in Publishing, a network for people from BAME backgrounds who work in the UK publishing industry and aspiring publishing professionals to come together and connect.
