Mrinmoy Pramanick

Mrinmoy Pramanick teaches in the Department of Comparative Indian Language and Literature, University of Calcutta, India. He is a practicing translator and translates between Bengali, English and Hindi languages. He has translated Sharankumar Limbale’s Dalit Sahityache Soundarya Sastra, and Ganesh Devy’s Of Many Heroes’ into Bengali. He also translated few poems and short stories into English. His areas of interest are Dalit literature, Indian Translation, Asian Schools of Comparative Literature, Indian Perspectives on World Literature and Migration.
